Each rug can be spot cleaned with a mild soap & water solution or general spot removals available in market but if the stain persists ,professional cleaning is recommended.Vacuuming your area rug regularly will aid in preventing stains from becoming harder to clean.

Wool is a natural fiber ,so all sheds .Low quality wool available in the market sheds more but based on our experience New Zealand Wool does not sheds like others as the shedding stops after a certain point.Because of the shedding,we are using advanced polypropylene as Exellan which feels like WOOL moreover is stain resistant and shed-free. All Magid carpet products are SHED-FREE.
Color variations are common for hand made rugs, as dye lots may change +/- 5% over a period of time.
